Returns Policy

Non-Perishable Items. Except for food or other perishable items, we accepts the return of any product within the first thirty (30) days of the date the order was placed and only if the product is unopened and unused. Any returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee at our sole election. Credit will be provided upon our physical receipt of the returned product. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable unless we are found to have shipped the incorrect, or an expired item. All product returns are to be shipped to Our address.

Perishable Items. Food and other perishable items are not returnable and non-refundable unless the item is out of date on the date of arrival or the wrong item was shipped. Please contact our customer services at for return and credit instructions.

You should expect to receive your credit within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
